《民航旅客不文明行为记录管理办法(试行)》今年2月1日实施后有了第一批上榜者。上周五，中航协发布了首批民航旅客不文明行为记录，有3名旅客被列入记录，记录期限分别为1年和2年。

《办法》明确，中航协将定期从民航局获取不文明行为旅客信息，记录信息保存期限为1年至2年，自信息核实之日起计算。中航协对民航旅客不文明行为记录实行动态管理，定期向航空公司、中航信等单位告知记录信息。
